Divorce education topic of “Court TV”

Marilyn McKnight, director of Erickson Mediation Institute, will be a guest panelist of a Metro Cable Network program on divorce education airing at 9:00 p.m. on Channel 6, Metro Cable Network, Tuesday, March 10.

The public affairs program and community service is sponsored by Hennepin County District Court / Fourth Judicial District and the Minnesota Judicial Branch. The program is called “Meet Your Court.”

The divorce education panel will discuss the court process for handling divorce cases and will offer guidelines on how the courts view child custody, division of property and income, and related issues. Marilyn McKnight will share information on divorce mediation.

Host of the program is Judge Kevin S. Burke of the Hennepin County District Court. Joining Marilyn McKnight as program guests are Judge Charles A. Porter and Judge Bruce A. Peterson, both of Hennepin County District Court.
